We work through the process with you in plain language. Specifically, we help you understand what the City requested, identify what documentation may be missing, organize the submission, prepare responses to comments, keep track of where things stand, and recognize when another licensed specialist has to be brought in.
We use the term coordination deliberately. There is a common industry term, permit expediter, that suggests someone can make government review go faster. Nobody can. What can be improved is whether your submission is complete and correct the first time, which is the single biggest driver of how long the whole thing takes.
What we will not tell you
We will not promise approval, promise a timeline for governmental review, or invent a requirement to sell you a service. If we do not know whether something applies to your project, we will say we do not know and point you to who does.
That sounds like a small thing. It is not. A lot of money gets spent in this industry on documentation nobody asked for.
