No, and we will not describe ourselves that way. First Response SA is a commercial permit coordination and documentation service. We perform work that Texas law allows non-licensed persons to perform. When a project requires a Texas registered architect, engineer or other licensed professional, we identify that and tell you before proceeding.
Do you work with residential projects?
No. We focus on existing small and mid-size commercial spaces. That focus is why we are useful.
How do I start?

Do you speak Spanish?
